Common Questions

How do I create a trade?

From the Trades tab, tap the + button, choose the shift you need covered and the crew member you want to trade with, then send the request. They'll get a notification to approve or decline.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This cancels your pending trades and removes your personal information. Account deletion is permanent.

I'm not getting notifications.

Make sure notifications are enabled for Cover Me in your device's Settings app, and that notification permissions are granted within the app. If they're still not arriving, email us and we'll investigate.

How does the trade balance work?

Cover Me automatically tracks who owes whom across your trades, so coverage stays fair over time. You can review your balances and trade history from within the app.
